Most of our food comes directly from farmers in Tyrol and Vorarlberg. This means we can guarantee short transport routes and the best quality.

Happy chickens

We are delighted to treat our guests to fresh eggs from our 20 happy chickens for breakfast every day. Michael is particularly proud of his 'ladies' and looks after them every day.

Fresh from the kitchen garden

In the summer, our vegetable garden is bountiful with courgettes, kohlrabi, lettuce, radishes, green beans, pea pods and more. Seasonal and local is our motto - our guests love it.
